How to use the voting section?

Overview

The voting area can be accessed from the left menu or by clicking on 'Participate in Voting' at the top right.

Here users can find 3 tabs:

• open votes - users can vote on if they are members

• votes which are not started yet

• votes which are closed already

Under the "Open" tab, select the committee you want to vote for and click "View Details and Apply."

How to submit a vote

To submit your preferences on a vote, click on 'view details and vote' button, which will bring you to the voting page.

Select Your Candidates

Browse through the profiles and choose the individuals you believe are the best fit for the committee. To learn more about each candidate, click on “Read more”. This will show you their full application and background info to help you make an informed decision.

Once you've reviewed the candidates and made your decision, click on the “Vote” button next to each one you'd like to support.

Each committee has a specific number of voting seats available, and you'll be able to select up to that number of candidates. For example, if a committee has 5 open seats, you can vote for up to 5 candidates.

Keep an Eye on the Key Dates

At the top of the page, you’ll find all the important election dates:

• Application Period: March 24, 2025 – April 11, 2025 (12:00 PM UTC)

• Voting Period: April 16, 2025 – May 7, 2025 (12:00 PM UTC)

• Results Announced: May 12, 2025 (12:00 PM UTC)

Make sure to cast your vote before the deadline!
